Pullman New Delhi Aerocity has introduced a specially curated menu where you can relish the dishes in the comfort of your home. All popular dining outlets of the hotel including Pluck, Honk and Cafe Pluck are offering select Chef Special dishes as a part of their home delivery menu.

The upscale chic hotel emphasizes on designing a menu that is rich in immunity boosting ingredients. Many of them are grown in the well-maintained in-house farm, spanning 5000 sq.ft.

Adhering to international standards, the food is prepared with the best in class safety measures and hygiene standards. Ingredients once received, are sanitized at the receiving area with chlorine and other disinfectants. They are later taken to the commissary kitchen where they are further segregated and distributed to different outlets’ kitchens. Also, knives and chopping board are also regularly sanitized. The cooking top is sanitized after every 30 min and kitchen is cleaned after every cycle of food preparation.

Further, regular health check- ups are organized for the culinary team and strict guidelines are being followed under which, hands are to be washed after every 30 minutes when a siren goes on. Masks and gloves are mandatory and no rings, watches or accessories are allowed for them to wear while working at the hotel. We have partnered with Zomato and Swiggy for deliveries are also using WHO-Recommended precautions.
